FITNESS COORDINATOR Council on Aging Part-Time (30 hours/week), Benefitted $25 hourly The Council on Aging is seeking a Fitness Coordinator to develop, coordinate, and deliver fitness and wellness programming for older adults at the Brookline Senior Center. This 30-hour-per-week benefitted position is responsible for creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive exercise environment that promotes health, mobility, and overall well-being for both active older adults and those new to fitness. The Fitness Coordinator works with a high degree of initiative and judgment and plays a key role in supporting participants physical health and functional independence. Responsibilities: Working under the general supervision of the Council on Aging Director, the Fitness Coordinator will perform the following essential functions primarily at the Brookline Senior Center Fitness Center, with occasional participation in community-wide events:
