We believe Pilates changes lives. And our sales team is how those lives walk through the door. The Role The Sales Associate is a true sales role , not a receptionist position. You are the first impression of the studio—responsible for generating leads, booking appointments, delivering studio tours, and converting prospects into long-term members. You’ll be measured on performance, coached to improve, and rewarded when you win. Requirements

  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Comfortable speaking to individuals and small groups
  • Ability to learn and use CRM and studio software (e.g., ClubReady)
  • Professional demeanor in person, on the phone, and via email
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods during shifts
