Requirements

  • Passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic, personable, and comfortable engaging with new people
  • Strong follow‑up, organization, and time‑management skills
  • Ability to take 1–2 BODY20 sessions per week to authentically represent the workout
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • CPR/AED certification (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of personal training or fitness coaching experience (preferred)
  • Ability to stand, move, and demonstrate exercises throughout shifts
  • Assist members with EMS suits and equipment
  • Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized EMS training sessions
  • Conduct InBody evaluations and track member progress
  • Educate members on proper form, technique, and BODY20 technology
  • Create a motivating, supportive, and safe training environment
  • Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment readiness
  • Participate in ongoing training and team development
  • Build strong relationships with members and prospective clients
  • Support membership sales through consultations, follow‑ups, and exceptional service
  • Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand
  • Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth start‑up experience
  • Collaborate with the team to meet studio goals and deliver best‑in-class service
