The Role: Fitness Membership Advisor We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. As a Fitness Membership Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—calling leads, setting appointments, and guiding them through the process of becoming part of the D1 Training family.

Requirements

Energetic Communicator: Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident on the phone.
Sales Experience: 1+ years in sales with a track record of hitting targets.
Customer Service Skills: At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles (fitness industry a plus).
Passion for Fitness: You don’t need to be a pro athlete, but you should believe in what we do.

Responsibilities

Engage New Leads: Make daily outbound calls, build connections, and schedule trial sessions and consultations.
Drive Sales: Help prospects discover the right membership options for their goals and close new sign-ups.
Track Performance: Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, appointments, and sales activity.
Be the Voice of D1: Deliver a professional yet enthusiastic first impression that reflects our brand and culture.
