The Role: Fitness Membership Advisor We’re looking for a high-energy, people-first professional who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. As a Fitness Membership Advisor , you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients—calling leads, setting appointments, and guiding them through the process of becoming part of the D1 Training family. D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development. At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the world’s best athletes and deliver the, in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches. Nothing at D1 is random. Every workout, every day follows a strategic 8-week training cycle that is meticulously planned and backed by sports science. What began as training solely for the aspiring youth athlete, matured into fitness training for adults as well. With all who participate in the D1 training process moving aggressively towards their goals.

Requirements

  • Energetic Communicator: Outgoing, enthusiastic, and confident on the phone.
  • Sales Experience: 1+ years in sales with a track record of hitting targets.
  • Customer Service Skills: At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles (fitness industry a plus).
  • Passion for Fitness: You don’t need to be a pro athlete, but you should believe in what we do.

Responsibilities

  • Engage New Leads: Make daily outbound calls, build connections, and schedule trial sessions and consultations.
  • Drive Sales: Help prospects discover the right membership options for their goals and close new sign-ups.
  • Track Performance: Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, appointments, and sales activity.
  • Be the Voice of D1: Deliver a professional yet enthusiastic first impression that reflects our brand and culture.
