Requirements

  • Certified personal trainer with leadership experience.
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a results-driven team.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Current CPR and AED.
  • Successful personal sales experience (required).

Nice To Haves

  • Current Certified Personal Trainer certification (preferred).
  • 1-2 years as a personal trainer (preferred).
  • Prior management experience in the fitness industry, leading 5- 10+ employees (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Lead the fitness department and team performance.
  • Coach trainers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of training staff.
