About The Position

Then this role is for you! Stretch Zone Miami Beach (studios in North Beach and South Beach) is looking for a part-time Fitness Lead and Wellness Consultant to join our team on weekdays or a combination of weekdays and weekends. New hires must take an online PAID sales training course and a stretch certification course and pass before attending a mandatory PAID on-site course in the Fort Lauderdale corporate office (lasting two days either Monday and Tuesday OR Thursday and Friday from 8 am - 5 pm daily.) What You'll Do: Act as a Member Experience Consultant: Educate members on the benefits of the Stretch Zone method by mastering our practitioner-assisted stretching techniques Meet performance and sales targets Conduct outbound and inbound calls to book first-time visits Attend high-energy off-site events to promote services and drive new leads Create a welcoming experience by scheduling sessions and assisting with questions or concerns Strengthen long-term member relationships through consistent follow-ups and thoughtful engagement Participate in fun in-studio challenges to foster team collaboration and support member retention Provide excellent customer service and uphold a positive culture Keep clients on schedule with their programs Help the team clean and maintain the store Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clients What You'll Have: Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (a requirement) A background in body mechanics, anatomy, or movement is highly desirable (dance, yoga, personal training, etc.) A can-do attitude High level of attention to detail and organization Clear communication skills and a genuine interest in helping others Openness to learning and growing in a new skill set Drive to succeed and close new sales to earn commissions and bonuses Reliable, private transportation Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (desirable) What You'll Receive: Comprehensive paid training Paid company uniforms Complimentary stretches Up to 40 hours per week with availability on weekdays and weekends. Typical weekday hours of availability: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm or 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm and weekends from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Who are we? Requirements
