About The Position
Join The Resort at Longboat Key Club as a Fitness Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face for our private club members. In this role, you’ll ensure an exceptional experience by providing excellent customer service and managing daily front desk operations in our vibrant fitness center. This is a part time position requiring weekends and some holidays. The Resort at Longboat Key Club is a luxury private club located in beautiful Longboat Key, FL. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software
- Positive attitude and a passion for fitness and wellness
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about fitness programs, classes, and club amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Handle member inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with fitness staff to ensure smooth operation of the fitness center
- Other resonable duties as requested
