Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or fitness equipment repair
  • Reliable transportation (Truck, SUV, or Van preferred)
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
  • Ability to lift 200 lbs and pass an annual physical
  • Ability to pass a 7‑year background check and drug screen
  • CBD/Marijuana prohibited
  • Smoke‑ and vape‑free workplace

Responsibilities

  • Repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, strength machines, and more
  • Assembling and installing equipment for residential and commercial clients
  • Performing safety checks, calibrations, and functionality tests
  • Managing your own schedule, service calls, and documentation
  • Providing friendly, professional customer service at every appointment
  • Tracking parts, expenses, and job details with accuracy
  • Ensuring each job is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
