About The Position

We are looking for Sales Professionals who thrive in independent and flexible work environments. The daily focus is on increasing local market awareness of your showroom and addressing the specific exercise needs of your local community from beginners to fitness enthusiasts. As a Sales Professional, your goal is to use the variety of solutions available in our showrooms to help clients find anything from a single exercise machine to tailored solutions that include space planning, design, and product selection. You will be in charge of managing the operations of showroom by ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise, inventory and cleanliness of the location.

Responsibilities

  • Maximizes sales with excellent customer service, product knowledge, and ongoing post-sale support.
  • Finds and taps into local marketing opportunities and cross promotional opportunities such as gyms, local businesses, personal trainers and fitness groups.
  • Explains to customers the advantages and unique product attributes of a wide array of individual fitness machines across a variety of manufacturers.
  • Builds referral programs with experts such as personal trainers, nutritionists and interior designers.
  • Works in a team environment based out of the local showroom. Ensures that each customer receives outstanding guest services by providing a friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of customer service.
  • Ensures appropriate merchandise stock levels, merchandise adjacencies and presentations; signing and assorting in all departments; also, ensures selling floor is adequately stocked.
  • Directs and is engaged in sales, inventory-taking, reconciling cash receipts, or in performing services for customers.
