About The Position

Orangetheory is more than a workout, it’s a community. We’re looking for a full-time Sales Associate who brings energy, confidence, and a genuine interest in helping people feel better, move better, and live better. This is a great role for someone early in their career, transitioning fields, or looking to build strong communication and sales experience in a positive environment, especially if you enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and enjoy talking about fitness and wellness. You’ll be the first face and voice our members and guests experience, so your attitude and professionalism are key.

Are comfortable with sales and having goal-oriented conversations
Are reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
Believe in the impact fitness can have on mental and physical health

Responsibilities

Welcome everyone who walks through the door with warmth and enthusiasm
Share what makes Orangetheory special and guide new guests through their first visit
Sell memberships and help people commit to their health
Answer phones, manage follow-ups, and stay organized
Give studio tours and run intro appointments
Work closely with coaches to create a great first workout experience
Handle member questions and concerns with care and professionalism
Keep the studio clean, organized, and inviting
Participate in local marketing and outreach events
