About The Position
Riverton Pointe Golf and Country Club is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven professional for private club fitness center, pool and racquet sport areas. Responsibilities include greeting members, answering phone and member inquiries, performing minor custodial duties such as wiping fitness equipment, emptying trash and maintaining towel service, monitoring pickleball and tennis court usage and outdoor pool area.
Requirements
- Must be member service oriented and possess a professional manner.
Nice To Haves
- CPR Certification preferred; certification opportunity provided periodically.
Responsibilities
- Professionally demonstrate knowledge of facilities and services offered at the club.
- Serve as a control to ensure that all those using the facilities are authorized to do so.
- Professional and courteous service to all inquiries, whether they are in person or on the phone.
- Escort any member or guest needing assistance whenever possible.
