About The Position

Currently, we are seeking a full-time Fitness Coordinator to join our team! This role is responsible for coordinating daily fitness operations, including managing the Wellness Welcome Center front desk, maintaining schedules and supplies, and assisting residents with class registration and equipment use. The Fitness Coordinator will lead a variety of group exercise classes, provide personalized training sessions, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for all participants. Additional responsibilities include overseeing volunteers, maintaining fitness records, supporting facility upkeep, and collaborating with wellness staff to deliver high-quality programming. Qualified candidates will have current fitness and CPR certifications, strong communication skills, and experience working with seniors. A passion for healthy living, flexibility in scheduling (including Saturdays), and the ability to lead and inspire others are essential.
