Requirements

Must hold and maintain a current fitness certification from one of these OTF approved education company: ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFFA
High school diploma or General education degree (GED) required; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
CPR/AED certification
Must attend and pass a 5 day (8 hours per day) intensive training OT Fit Certification Process
Must be able to coach a minimum of 10 classes per week
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
Team Player
Ability to take a minimum of 2 OTF classes per week
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to safely lift and move up to 40lbs
