About The Position

Midtown is searching for a passionate and driven Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer to join our team and help our members become the best version of themselves. The Position What you'll do: Empower, inspire, and grow—together. At Midtown, every new coach—regardless of experience—begins as a Coach on Duty . This foundational role is designed to help you integrate into our unique culture, build strong relationships, and become a trusted ambassador of fitness within the club. It's a launchpad for your success, giving you the opportunity to connect with members, understand their needs, and begin growing your personal training business. As a Coach on Duty , you'll be actively present on the fitness floor—walking the space, engaging with members, answering questions, offering guidance, and ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment. You'll be the heartbeat of the club, helping members feel seen, supported, and inspired.

Requirements

  • A genuine love of coaching and movement —you thrive on helping others grow.
  • A current, nationally recognized Personal Training certification (required).
  • A current CPR/AED certification (required).
  • Availability to work across all club hours , including weekends .
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset and the motivation to build a thriving book of business .

  • Drive results for your clients through customized programming, accountability, and consistent motivation.
