About The Position

The Coach at E20 Training is an exercise professional and brand ambassador dedicated to delivering a personalized, science-driven workout experience. This role is not just about instruction; it is about human connection. The Coach utilizes Electrical Muscle Stimulation (EMS) technology to help clients reach their goals while fostering a high-energy,supportive environment. The ideal candidate blends technical fitness expertise with high emotional intelligence (EQ) to build lasting relationships, motivate diverse clientele, and drive studio growth through membership advocacy and retention. Core Competencies EMS Expertise & Safety: Mastery of EMS equipment and a deep understanding of body mechanics to ensure safe, effective, and personalized workouts. Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Ability to read client cues, provide empathetic support, and adapt coaching styles to meet the emotional and physical needs of members. Motivational Communication: Communicates with clarity and infectious energy. Inspires clients to push past limits while maintaining a professional and welcoming tone. Sales & Retention Mindset: Recognizes that coaching and sales are linked; proactively recommends packages and memberships that align with client goals. Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly transitioning between high-intensity coaching, administrative duties, and client consultations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years of personal training or group fitness experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science is a plus.
  • Certification: Nationally recognized Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, etc.) and current CPR/AED certification is required.
  • Must be computer proficient in using EMR computer systems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build rapport quickly and handle client feedback with professionalism.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Personalized Consultations: Conduct initial assessments to evaluate fitness levels, goals, and physical limitations to create a baseline for the client journey.
  • EMS Program Design: Develop and execute tailored EMS training sessions that align with E20’s proprietary methods and individual client objectives.
  • Technical Guidance: Lead clients through proper movements, ensuring equipment is calibrated correctly and safety protocols are strictly followed.
  • Results Tracking: Monitor and document client progress, adjusting intensity and programming to ensure continuous improvement and goal attainment.
  • Education & Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert on EMS benefits; educate clients on how E20 integrates into a holistic wellness lifestyle.
  • Growth & Sales: Actively sell E20 packages, memberships, and retail products by demonstrating their value to the client's specific health journey.
  • Studio Excellence: Maintain a pristine training environment. Collaborate with the General Manager and front-desk team to ensure smooth transitions between sessions.
