About The Position
The Anytime Fitness Marshfield location is seeking an enthusiastic, people-focused leader to serve as our Fitness Club Director. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, leading a team, and engaging with the local community. Direct fitness industry experience is not required. What matters most is strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and the drive to grow both people and the business. As the Fitness Club Director, you will be responsible for developing relationships with current and prospective members, overseeing daily club operations, and representing the club throughout the Wisconsin Rapids community. Requirements
- Several years of leadership experience in retail, service, hospitality, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Sales experience preferred, with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for health, wellness, and community engagement
Responsibilities
- Drive new membership growth through 1-on-1 consultative sales, outbound marketing, and community outreach in the Wisconsin Rapids area
- Oversee the full club membership base, including operations, financial performance, reporting, and member satisfaction
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate club staff to achieve individual and club-wide goals
- Manage administrative and office responsibilities
- Ensure the facility is well-maintained and delivers an exceptional member experience
