The ideal candidate is flexible, a team player, reliable, hardworking, and an outstanding representative of our brand. This full-time position requires weekday and sometimes weekend availability. A positive mindset and a strong desire to work in the fitness industry are essential. Preference will be given to candidates with previous work experience in management, customer service, community engagement and events, sales, and work experience specifically in the health & fitness industry.

Requirements

• Strong desire to work in the health and fitness industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license to apply

Nice To Haves

• Experience in management, customer service, sales, and the fitness industry is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Communicating effectively with team members and gym members
• Conducting tours and welcoming customers
• Engaging in community events and activities
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym
• Managing membership and training sales
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Handling opening and closing duties
• Managing communications via phone, email, text, and app
• Maintaining a positive attitude and inspiring/motivating others
