About The Position

Country Club of Landfall is a premier private club dedicated to providing top-notch sports, fitness, and recreational experiences for our members. Our Sports Center offers state-of-the-art facilities, including racket courts, a fitness center, a pool, and more. We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Attendant to join our team and ensure outstanding service to our Members and guests.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in using computers, scheduling software, and payment processing systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle member inquiries with professionalism.
Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

Prior gym experience preferred or a basic knowledge base of the fitness realm

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome members and guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
Assist members with check-ins, bookings for group exercise classes, and general inquiries.
Answer phone calls and respond to emails regarding reservations, schedules, and Sports Center services.
Assist with cleaning, organizing, and stocking the front desk area, lobby, workout rooms, locker rooms, and gym. This includes washing, drying, and folding gym towels, refilling water bottles at the water stations, refilling sanitizing wipes, etc.
Process payments for services, manage memberships in MindBody, and track attendance.
Coordinate and assist with instructors, trainers, and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Handle member concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Provide information on club programs, classes, and special events.
Assist with gym cleanliness
Assist with check-in for the pool during season (May-September)
