About The Position

Talking Rock Golf Club is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven professional for private club fitness center. Responsibilities include greeting members and assisting with fitness center needs, answers phones and member inquiries, schedule training and other appointments, perform minor custodial duties such as wiping fitness equipment and perform opening and closing duties when needed.

Requirements

• Must possess familiarity and understanding of fitness equipment
• Ability to read and speak English is required in order to perform the duties of the job
• Must be member service oriented and possess a professional manner
• Computer Knowledge
• Interest in fitness, required

Nice To Haves

• CPR Certification preferred
• Previous experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and assisting with fitness center needs
• Answering phones and member inquiries
• Schedule training and other appointments
• Perform minor custodial duties such as wiping fitness equipment
• Perform opening and closing duties when needed
• Professionally demonstrate knowledge of facilities and services offered at the club
• Serve as a control to ensure that all those entering the facility are authorized to do so
• Professional and courteous service to all inquiries, whether they are in person or on the phone
• Escort any member or guest needing assistance whenever possible
