Responsible for administrative assistance in all programmatic areas for Older Adult Center (OAC) participants. ABOUT YOU Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with diverse populations and to handle complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism Proficiency in using computer software and databases to maintain client records and generate reports WHAT YOU’LL DO Promote and support fitness classes, meal programs and special events as needed Responsible for all collection of attendance sheets and processing of CLLD suggested contribution Assist with promoting and implementation of all department programs (including education and art programs) Make flyers for upcoming programs Data entry into DFTA computer software program (Vive). Responsible for compliance to DFTA standards, including unit mandates. Updating client profiles as needed. All other projects assigned by Supervisor.
