  • The leading candidate for employment or to volunteer will be required to execute the Consent form and Affidavit, report to a designated location, and submit fingerprints for level 2 screening.
  • No applicant for a designated position will be employed or permitted to volunteer until the level 2 screening results are received, reviewed, and approved by the Department.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and enforcing provider compliance with applicable contract terms and conditions
  • Evaluating provider performance
  • Informing management of issues related to service delivery
  • Reviewing and approving established performance benchmarks
  • Ensuring the accurate processing of invoices
  • Maintaining complete, accurate, current, and well-organized records
  • Coordinating with the Provider Liaison to recommend technical assistance and training for providers on an as-needed basis
  • Assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of corrective action plans when necessary
  • Evaluating provider effectiveness and recommend improvements to ensure optimal service delivery, particularly when concerns are identified during the invoice review and approval process.
