GRADE 19 LOCATION OF POSITION 100 South Charles Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21201 Main Purpose of Job Reporting to the Grant Manager of the Office of Administration, this supervisory position will oversee the financial administration of grants, managing post-award financial activities )to include federal drawdowns and setting up PCA codes), supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The primary purpose of this position is to review and monitor expenditures, ensuring compliance with budgets and ensuring the effective and efficient functioning of the grant fiscal functions for the Office of Administration. This position oversees the accounting, preparation of cash drawdowns, grant reconciliation, ACH payments, and preparation of journal entries.
