About The Position

The main purpose of this position is to resolve discrepancies and expedite insurance claims, maintain Credentialing and contracting with all major insurance companies. This position will review, record, adjust and balance financial transactions. This position provides coverage for clinical registration, receptionist/Vital Records and transportation staff. This position also reviews and verifies the Medicaid transportation invoice monthly.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
  • Two years of experience reviewing, verifying, recording, adjusting and balancing financial transactions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience/Knowledge of insurance guidelines.
  • Experience working with Medicare, Medicaid, and Private Insurance claims.
  • Experience with Credentialing and third-party payor contracting.
