About The Position

Be the first friendly face guests see. As a Valet Attendant, you’ll create a welcoming arrival experience by safely parking vehicles and assisting patients and visitors with professionalism and care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of driving experience
• Valid driver’s license with no restrictions and a clean driving record
• Must be able to drive both automatic and manual (stick shift) vehicles
• Able to do basic math with time and money; understand 24-hour and military time
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently
• Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check, drug screening, and required health screenings
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
• Friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping people
• Must be comfortable working outside in all weather (rain, snow, heat, etc.)
• Regularly required to stand, walk, use hands, talk, see, and hear
• Able to lift/move up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Able to push or pull wheelchairs (100–350 lbs) over long distances
• The ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours such as weekends, holidays, and longer shifts is sometimes required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude
• Assist guests with directions and general questions
• Clearly explain valet procedures and ticket retrieval
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for existing damage before parking
• Record parking locations and manage valet tickets
• Drive responsibly and follow all safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized valet area
• Protect guest privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines
• Remain calm and professional during busy periods
