Requirements

• Willingness to learn and grow in the fireplace or HVAC-related trade
• Drug-free with a clean criminal background
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and work in confined spaces or on job sites
• Professional appearance and commitment to safety and quality work
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with fireplace installations, including gas and electric units
• Learn to read and follow installation guidelines, safety codes, and manufacturer specifications
• Help prepare job sites, tools, and materials for installations
• Maintain an organized workspace and proper inventory of parts and equipment
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient project completion
• Participate in training sessions to build your technical skills and industry knowledge
