What This Role Is All About:
We’re looking for a driven, reliable, and energetic go-getter to join our Gilbert, AZ service center.

You’ll split your time between:
• Hands-on gear processing: cleaning, inspecting, repairing, organizing, and preparing life-saving PPE
• On-the-go logistics: driving our company vehicle to pick up and deliver gear to fire departments across the region
This is a high-energy role—expect to be on your feet all day, lifting gear up to 50 lbs, and staying busy from start to finish.

Requirements

• Microsoft Word & Excel experience
• Can lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Clear English communication (read, write, type, speak)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Clean, inspect, and organize firefighter PPE
• Perform data entry to track gear, orders, and repairs
• Operate cleaning, inspection, and testing equipment
• Help with shipping/receiving and inventory counts
• Drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver gear
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work space
