Firefighter A-EMT
About The Position
South Ogden City is accepting applications for full-time Firefighter. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have A-EMT, Hazmat awareness and operations, Firefighter II Cert, and a valid driver's license. Firefighters provide a variety of firefighting duties related to protection of life and property by performing firefighting, emergency medical aid, and fire prevention/education duties. This position also performs minor maintenance efforts with firefighting and medical equipment, apparatus, and facilities. A seasoned firefighter can make up to $84,498, but the starting annual salary is between $52,942-$69,644 based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a generous benefit package, which includes a health insurance plan, dental and vision for employees and dependents.
