Fire Sprinkler Service Supervisor
About The Position
Responsible to supervise and provide hands on service and maintenance on fire sprinkler systems in accordance with federal, state, and local requirements. 50% of the time is spent out in the field supervising projects and 50% of time is spent in the office ordering parts/materials, handling billing, scheduling in addition to other administrative duties. This is a working supervisory position. Maintain their vehicle in accordance with company procedures and ensure it is clean and organized. Protect the Company’s assets This position is located out of our Arlington, TX office.
Requirements
- Requires prior fire sprinkler experience
- A valid driver’s license and a current and sustainable good driving record
- A strong work ethic and professional appearance
- Excellent selling, communications, and customer service skills
- The ability to fit in with our culture of teamwork
Nice To Haves
- Supervisory experience preferred, but not required
- Prior experience scheduling projects/labor, overseeing projects, ordering parts/materials and handling billing
- Applicable experience either in the fire protection industry or the commercial customer service business in some capacity
- An ability to provide services across multiple product lines
