You’ll lead service operations and programs that meet branch objectives for revenue, sales, margin, technician training, and overall performance. Supervise and mentor day‑to‑day activities of service technicians; build schedules that keep work moving smoothly Lead service programs that deliver on branch goals (revenue, sales, margin) Implement action plans and mentor/train technicians to strengthen results and safety Ensure excellent follow‑up so customers feel supported from job start through completion How you will do it Revenue responsibility Implement plans, programs, and processes that meet and exceed corporate goals Maximize market potential across new bookings (sales), revenue, and profitability Customer satisfaction Maintain clear, proactive communication; build strong relationships from first contact through order, delivery, installation, and service Fulfill contractual obligations, resolve complaints quickly (service and collections), and minimize issues to enhance trust Productivity improvement Set fair, manageable territories and performance measures for technicians Motivate teams to achieve and exceed goals using practical management tools Train clerical/dispatch personnel and ensure proficiency in our CRM and specific job procedures Safety compliance Ensure employees comply with corporate safety programs Confirm safety training is thorough, complete, and up‑to‑date Identify hazards and promptly notify the corporate safety office when corrective action is needed

Requirements

  • Experience with large commercial business environments
  • Understanding of water‑based fire protection systems: Wet, Dry, Pre‑Action, Foam, and Fire Pumps
  • Demonstrated supervisory/leadership abilities: training, team building, presentations, negotiation, administration, and effective customer interaction
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years industry experience
  • Readiness for experience in a supervisory role
  • Availability for local/regional travel, including nights/weekends to meet customer needs

Nice To Haves

  • NICET Level II in Inspection, Testing of Water‑Based Fire Protection Systems
