About The Position

Fire Sprinkler Tenant Foreman Fire Sprinkler Tenant Foreman Div. 133 - Ashburn, Virginia Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Installation of pipe fittings, hangers, couplings, and sprinklers per design plan and codes to properly protect building • Production of all crew members and all other crews if acting at lead foreman on a job with multiple crews • Maintenance of all tools and equipment, including truck, power machine, power tools, and electronics, assigned for crew's use. This includes keeping truck and tools clean and in good working order • Completion of all required weekly paperwork for CSC and as directed by the General Contractor for the job to which crew is assigned • Communicating with designer before making any design changes • Communicates with designer regarding any material shortages • Checking in material deliveries (with assistance of his crew) and immediately reporting any shortages to the designer • Producing red-line drawings to turn in to designer • Communicating project and schedule changes to Field Superintendent and CSC Project Manager • Attending project and coordination meetings as required • Completion and submission of daily progress reports to Field Superintendent and General Contactor as required • Documenting and reporting water damage, injuries, and/or accidents to Field Superintendent and General Manager immediately when an incident occurs • Follow project specific rules and regulations (park in designated areas, no smoking on job-site policies, dress code, etc.) • Train fitter/ helper on proper installation techniques • Turn in receipts with timecard each week for reimbursement

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 3-5 years related experience and/or training
  • Pre-employment drug screen
  • Clean motor vehicle record
  • Able to lift 75 pounds without assistance
