About The Position
We’re hiring a Fire Sprinkler Estimator to support commercial and industrial fire protection projects through accurate takeoffs, pricing, and bid preparation. This role is critical to winning work and setting projects up for success.
Requirements
- Experience estimating fire sprinkler or fire protection projects
- Strong ability to read plans, specs, and construction documents
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven approach
- Clear communication with internal teams and partners
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for fire sprinkler systems
- Prepare accurate bids and proposals from plans and specifications
- Review drawings and scopes to determine labor and material requirements
- Coordinate with sales, project managers, and subcontractors
- Track historical costs and maintain estimating databases
