About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Estimator to support commercial and industrial fire protection projects from bid preparation through award. This role focuses on accurate quantity takeoffs, scope analysis, and competitive pricing to ensure profitable and well-structured proposals.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge of fire sprinkler systems and the ability to interpret drawings and specifications with precision.

Requirements

• Proven experience estimating fire sprinkler or fire protection systems
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and fire protection design scopes
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with estimating software preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and quantity takeoffs for commercial and industrial fire sprinkler projects
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and fire protection scopes
• Price materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracted work
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers during bid preparation
• Support bid reviews, revisions, and clarifications
• Assist with project handoff to operations after award
• Maintain organized documentation and cost tracking records
