With general supervision from the Testing and Inspecting (T&I) Manager or designee, the FM T&I Worker provides testing and inspecting services for fire protection systems, including fire alarm, sprinkler, and extinguishment equipment on campus. The employee coordinates services with their manager, maintains key management, and performs whole building fire extinguisher swap outs, including assisting with inventory tracking. This position is subject to shift changes and extended working hours, including nights, early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business needs. It is a benefits-eligible, union position within Teamsters Local 317, with a starting pay rate of $22.47/hour.
