This internship is designed to provide you with a positive work/training experience and challenging objectives. This role will be part of our Fire Protection Sales Team providing services and retrofits for Fire Alarm and Sprinkler Systems in commercial buildings. Specific identified internship responsibilities are outlined below. How you will do it: 10-12 Week Internship starting 5/26/2026

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
  • Pursuing a degree in Business or Engineering
  • Currently a Junior or Senior status
  • U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the U.S.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) preferred
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills required
  • Ability to work effectively in a high energetic and multiple-engagement environment, dedication to teamwork, a strong work initiative, and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
  • Strong technical proficiency in Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft products
  • Ideal candidate will have an interest in learning about the Fire Protection industry and consultative selling

Responsibilities

  • Operate under direct supervision from local and/or area sales manager
  • Participate in market research, lead development and appointment setting
  • Interact with sales team, field service team and directly with customers
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned
