ProSidian Seeks a Fire Protection Engineer / Fire Protection Program Improvement Support Specialist - Engineering headquartered near Savannah River Site / Aiken, South Carolina to support an engagement for Nuclear Energy Sector Clients The Savannah River Site (SRS), a 310 square mile (198,046 acres) Department of Energy site, is located in the sand-hills region of South Carolina. It encompasses parts of Aiken, Barnwell and Allendale counties and is bordered on the west by the Savannah River and Georgia. SRS is close to several cities, including Augusta, Georgia and Columbia, South Carolina. It is also within a few hours of Atlanta, Savannah, Charleston, Greenville and Charlotte. ProSidian Team Members work to provide temporary staffing support services to support Savannah River Remediation (SRR), the Liquid Waste (LW) Contractor located at the Department of Energy Savannah River Site in Aiken, SC 29808. Services anticipated includes storage, integration, treatment and disposition of the liquid radioactive waste being managed at the Savannah River Site (DOE). Fire Protection Engineer / Fire Protection Program Improvement Support Specialist - Engineering Candidates shall work to support requirements for 0 and The Fire Protection Engineer / Fire Protection Program Improvement Support Specialist EN 102 primary purpose of this position is to perform internal fire protection related assessments and observations; analyze the results of both internal and external fire protection related assessments; and work with Fire Protection Engineers (FPE), Design Authority Engineers (DAE) and Facility Operations personnel to effect resolutions to identified issues, gaps and vulnerabilities in the Fire Protection Program.
