About The Position
We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Inspector to join a growing team that services both residential and commercial clients. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into the industry — no prior experience required, as training will be provided. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and enjoys working independently in the field.
Requirements
- Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply — training provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document findings
- Good communication skills and professionalism with customers
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with your hands
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Perform fire alarm inspections in commercial buildings
- Test systems including smoke detectors, pull stations, and related equipment to ensure proper operation
- Document findings and create detailed inspection reports
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding any deficiencies or issues that need to be addressed
- Coordinate with the office and internal service team for follow-up on repairs
