Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within fintech.
- Fluency in Russian and English, with strong communication skills.
- Highly self-organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working directly with clients to tailor recruitment strategies.
- Hands-on experience with advanced recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create compelling job descriptions that attract high-quality candidates.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for fintech and other business roles.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes using the latest tools and industry best practices.
