Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within fintech.
• Fluency in Russian and English, with strong communication skills.
• Highly self-organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working directly with clients to tailor recruitment strategies.
• Hands-on experience with advanced recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
