About The Position
The Finishing Technician / Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting and completing final finishing work on panels to ensure products meet quality standards. This role involves applying finishes, assembling final components, and identifying defects in a production environment.
Requirements
- Experience using power tools
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Inspect finished panels for defects (scratches, dents, uneven paint, misalignment, etc.)
- Apply finishes such as paint, stain, or sealant
- Install final components as required
- Ensure products meet quality and production standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company procedures and supervisor instructions
