About The Position

Essential Duties: Operate the coater at top efficiency Control the latex adhesive and Precoat process by LCS HMI to ensure proper application Make sure the carpet is dry at the proper back temperature Set Coater Speed, Operate Main Tenter and End Dam Guides, and Monitor all Coater Alarms. Physical Requirements: Frequently required to reach, handle, stand, stoop, and climb steps Work in a normal industrial environment with inherent background noise, dirt, humidity, and temperature variations Must participate in group stretching prior to shift Other Requirements: Communication is important with all employees on the line.
