About The Position

Finishing will process parts per customer requirements. Job Duties: Process castings through automated finish cell per job specific work instructions. Load saw fixture for gating and riser removal. Visually inspect casting per customer requirements while maintaining production flow. Perform audits and gage parts when required. Record scrap and/or production information into Plex. Recommend improvements for completing tasks and/or finishing improvement. Maintain work area keeping it clean from sand. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Experience in a manufacturing setting.
Comfortable in a high heat environment.
Must be able to read and understand work instructions.
Must be able to write and complete required paperwork and enter information into Plex system.
Must have basic math skills - add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
All candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and be willing to submit to a national background check.
