Job Summary: Finisher employees are responsible for completing the production of a quality product in the most efficient manner possible.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED preferred
Must be able to pass a test for color vision deficiency.
Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs.
Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

Ensure quality in the items they produce.
Maintain all equipment used in the finishing process.
Notify the Production Supervisor of any problems or questions with equipment.
Keep production area clean, neat, and organized.
Communicate any problems or potential problems with other employees to the Production Supervisor.
Assist in Quality Checks and Packaging.
Work with office staff as a team, and with respect.
Effectively and efficiently manage time.
