About The Position

As Finisher 3, you will play a vital role in the completion of our trailers. You will be responsible for a wide range of complex tasks, including structural completion, systems installation, and final finishing. Your expertise and experience will be essential to ensuring the highest quality products.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a focus on trailer assembly or similar.
• A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
• Flexibility to work in multiple areas of the production line.

Responsibilities

• Complete the structural assembly of trailers, including siding, roofing, axle placement, and hydraulic systems.
• Perform detailed installation of wiring, flooring, wheels, hydraulic systems, and additional components.
• Perform rework and refinishing tasks to improve product quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Move equipment and products to proper stations and areas.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning production areas and equipment.
• Other duties, as assigned.
