About The Position
We are seeking a Finisher to apply stains and finishes to organ consoles and wood parts to meet required color and quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work orders
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working around dust and finishing odors
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Finishing experience preferred but not required — training provided
Responsibilities
- Apply stains and fillers by hand
- Inspect parts for quality and correct any imperfections
- Perform light hand sanding when needed
- Read work orders to ensure correct stain usage
- Work closely with team members to maintain quality and safety
