About The Position

All American Marine in Bellingham, WA is seeking to hire a full-time Finish Carpenter to help us efficiently build our customized vessels. The interior crew consists of a small group of highly motivated people that strive for perfection. They focus on producing a quality product while being mindful of their time and materials. With this job you will be expected to fabricate, assemble, and install the vessels interior to AAM standards, including but not limited to: walls, cabinets, flooring, seating, bunk rooms, headliners, windows, doors, helm stations, and insulation, using state-of-the-art materials and processes. The typical schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday, 6am-4:30pm plus overtime as needed . We pay competitive wages dependent upon your experience. ABOUT ALL AMERICAN MARINE All American Marine began operations over 30 years ago by specializing in building aluminum fishing vessels used from California to Alaska. With the decline of the commercial fishing industry in the 1990s, we adapted to a changing marketplace and set the standard for aluminum vessel manufacturing. We build energy-efficient, high-speed, large custom vessels used for a variety of purposes including whale watching, research boats, patrol boats, and passenger-only ferries. Requirements

  • Minimum 2 Years of detailed interior finish work required
  • Experience with prepping and installing sheet vinyl and or carpet flooring.
  • Experience with building custom cabinets
  • Experience with drilling and tapping
  • Ability to work with tight tolerance up to a 1/32"
  • Physical ability to work at heights and tight spaces
  • Humble attitude

  • Strong work ethic
  • Good communication and relational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Marine experience is a plus!
