The Peacock Inn Restaurant aims to provide an elegant and exceptional dining experience enhanced by attentive, sophisticated décor, and a contemporary approach to cuisine. We are seeking a Server/Bartender to join our fine dining team.The ideal candidate must possess extensive knowledge of food, liquors, aperitifs, cocktails and wine. Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by business needs. Essential Functions: Orchestrate food and beverage service for a station of tables and bar guests. Present menus, take orders, and offer thoughtful recommendations based on guest preferences. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, and craft cocktails. Develop rapport with guests to ensure a memorable and personalized experience. Maintain a deep knowledge and passion for food, wine, spirits, and service standards. Monitor and restock bar inventory and supplies throughout service. Execute restaurant vision and policies with consistency and professionalism. Handle guest complaints or special requests with tact and efficiency. Enforce health, safety, and alcohol regulations and best practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas. Process guest payments and balance receipts accurately at the end of shift.
