Scope of Position The Venetian Chop House Food Runner is primarily responsible for providing prompt, courteous and efficient food and beverages to the guest. This candidate will also possess a limitless desire to attain the highest levels of quality and cleanliness in all areas of the Food and Beverage Operations. Position Requirements Professional demeanor appropriate for a fine dining restaurant environment. Previous food and beverage experience in a resort hotel environment is a plus. Outstanding and professional guest services skills. Knowledge of food and wine is an asset. Must be of minimum legal age to serve alcohol according to state law. A food handling certification must be completed within the first 90 days of employment. TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification must be completed within the first 90 days of employment.
