About The Position

The Financial Specialist will provide telephonic financial guidance and resources to diverse population of clients on a variety of issues. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting Required
Current CPA, CFP or other finance certification/licensure preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Motivated self-starter with exceptional communication skills and a strong focus on customer service
Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional, with demonstrated multi-tasking and critical thinking skills
Must have high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption or noise
Ability to be on camera when attending work related trainings, meetings and/or events
Must be able to sit or stand at desk for prolonged periods of time while working on a computer

Responsibilities

Telephonically act as an advisor/consultant providing financial resource guidance, resources and information to clients on a variety of issues including budgeting, debt management, taxes and retirement planning.
Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, research and follow-up on client questions and concerns in a timely manner or period of time.
Analyzing financial information/resources and providing clients with financial strategies.
Work independently on tasks with the ability to foster a team environment in the sharing of knowledge and resources.
Participate or lead other special projects as assigned.
