Thank you for your interest in joining the Nusenda team! We are currently seeking a Financial Wellbeing Manager to join our organization. As the Financial Wellbeing Manager, you can expect to leads a team of Financial Wellbeing Specialists in Albuquerque and Northern New Mexico to deliver impactful financial education and engagement across Nusenda’s communities. You will be responsible for developing and executing training programs, managing ambassador initiatives, cultivating K–12 school relationships, Higher Education partners, and supporting SEG (Select Employer Group) partnerships in collaboration with the Business Development and Community Relations teams. In collaboration with the AVP of Financial Wellbeing, you will ensure alignment with Nusenda’s mission to improve financial capability and wellbeing for members and community partners. What You'll Do: Oversee, coordinate, and support the daily operations of the Financial Wellbeing team of Financial Wellbeing Specialists and Ambassadors. Assign duties and projects, while monitoring workload and productivity and ensuring alignment with Nusenda’s strategic goals and community engagement priorities. Provide coaching and guidance to ensure consistent delivery of financial education, community outreach, and Select Employer Group (SEG) support. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance team effectiveness and member impact. Travel throughout Central and Northern New Mexico for community events, SEG presentations, public forums, and K-12 schools to represent Nusenda Lead subordinate staff with respect to recruiting, development, and evaluation of employee performance in accordance with performance management standards. Provide leadership and partnership to the organization, modeling Nusenda’s values and fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and service. Facilitate regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and professional development opportunities. What You'll Need: Five years to eight years of similar or related experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Finance, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Community Development or related field Key Skills and Experience: Ability to manage the design, scheduling, and delivery of financial wellbeing presentations across K–12 schools, Higher Education partners, SEGs, and community partners in Central and Northern New Mexico Able to oversee, coordinate, and support the daily operations of the Financial Wellbeing team of Financial Wellbeing Specialists and Ambassadors. Requirements

  • Five years to eight years of similar or related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Finance, Learning and Development, Instructional Design, Community Development or related field
